At Third Eye, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation email) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for a refund. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom orders with personalized embroidery

  • Items on sale or purchased with a discount

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will:

  • Notify you via email once the process begins.

  • Initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, please:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement.

  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing delays may occur.

5. Shipping and Handling Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was defective or the return is a result of our error.
