Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 7 PM EST will be processed the next business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges is a flat fee of $6. If you spend over $100 you will receive free priority shipping. your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues.
Shipping Carriers
We use USPS and UPS to deliver your orders, and the choice of the carrier may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Third Eye ships to addresses within the USA and P.O. Boxes, as well as APO/FPO addresses. However, certain services may not be available for these destinations.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Third Eye is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods before contacting the carrier.
